How long does it take?
A Starter site is usually live 7–10 days after we receive your content; Business takes 2–3 weeks and Signature 4–6 weeks. Most delays come from waiting for photos and texts, so we send you a simple checklist on day one.
What do I need to provide?
Your business details, a list of services, photos of your work and your logo if you have one. No good photos yet? We’ll show you how to take them with a phone, or create realistic visuals that fit your context.
How do I pay?
50% to start and 50% at launch, by bank transfer or Mobile Money. You always receive an invoice, and the care plan is billed monthly with no long contract.
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. The domain is registered for your business and you receive every login at handover. If you stop the care plan, you keep everything.
Can I change things later?
Yes. On the care plan, small updates (new photos, prices, a new project) are included every month. Without it, changes are quoted per request.
Where do you work?
Wherever you are. Everything happens online over WhatsApp, email and video calls, so we work with businesses in Africa, Europe and beyond. We talk with you in English or French, and build your site in the languages your customers speak.
